An area of interest has been designated Invest 98L east of the Windward Islands. This area of interest could become a tropical storm as soon as tomorrow, and could bring impacts to the Windward and Leeward Islands before moving on to areas in the Caribbean Sea. Where it goes after that and at what intensity is highly uncertain, but a significant hurricane impact is possible anywhere from Central America to the US Gulf Coast and Florida – anyone within this area should monitor this system closely.
