WMA: A Weighted Moving Average puts more weight on recent data and less on past data. This is done by multiplying each bar’s price by a weighting factor. Because of its unique calculation, WMA will follow prices more closely than a corresponding Simple Moving Average.
PARABOLIC: The parabolic SAR trading strategy is essentially a trend trading strategy. It is used to identify a particular trend, and it attempts to forecast trend continuations and potential trend reversals. For example, if the parabolic line is green, you would follow the bullish trend and keep your long position open.
MACD: The strategy is to buy – or close a short position – when the MACD crosses above the zero line, and sell – or close a long position – when the MACD crosses below the zero line. This method should be used carefully, as the delayed nature means that fast, choppy markets would often see the signals issued too late.
